I’m so excited to have you in one of my upcoming pottery classes! It truly brings me joy to share the magic of clay with others, and I can’t wait to guide you through the process of creating something beautiful with your own two hands. Whether you’re a total beginner or returning for another round, I’m thrilled to be part of your creative journey.

Pick Up Policy
I wanted to take a moment to kindly clarify the pottery pickup process moving forward.
Your pieces will go through two rounds of firing (bisque and glaze) and will take approximately 6 weeks to complete. Once they’re ready, you’ll be able to collect them from my home studio during a pre-booked pickup timeslot. I will text you once they are ready..
Pickup times are strictly limited to:
Mondays: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 8:30 AM
Sundays: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
After your workshop, please book a pickup appointment by responding to my text or creating an email thread below—this will be at least 6 weeks after your class to ensure your pieces are fully ready. This allows me to keep track of your pieces and have them returned to you correctly.
Your Pickup Time
For your finished pieces (at least 6 weeks after your workshop date). I will text you once your pieces are ready for pickup and invite you to choose a time.
If you’re unable to collect your pottery during the designated pickup times, you’re very welcome to:
-
Cancel and rebook for the following week for a different timeslot (please give notice)
-
Send a friend or family member to collect on your behalf
-
Request postage (starting at $20, depending on the size and number of pieces)
I truly understand that life gets busy, and I always do my best to accommodate. However, as a one-person business, it’s become increasingly difficult to manage one-off pickup requests outside of the scheduled collection hours.
To keep your work safe, organised, and accounted for, I don’t leave finished pieces unattended. This helps prevent breakage, loss, or confusion—your creations are important, and I want to make sure they’re returned to you with the care they deserve.
Please also note: If you’re unable to make your booked pickup timeslot, kindly let me know in advance or reschedule your appointment with me. I prepare your pieces ahead of time for a smooth handover, and missed appointments without notice may lead to delays or mix-ups.
Thank you so much for your understanding, patience, and continued support. It truly means the world to me as this little studio continues to grow.
